• Last date for applying: 19/02/2023 (till mid night) . • Certificate Fee: Rs. 800/- (Only for the Candidates of Under Graduate Degrees and the PG, M.Phil and Ph.D. Candidates who will not participate in the Convocation Ceremony). • Certificate & Convocation Fee: Rs. 1500/- (For the Candidates of PG, M.Phil and Ph.D. Degrees who will participate in the Convocation Ceremony).
Before starting the application process, please ensure that you have the following 1. Make sure you have a Gmail account. 2. A valid mobile number for sending Activation Code or OTP(One Time Password). 3. A passport size photo and a signature in JPEG format. 4. Gather scan copy of the relevant documents (Final year Marksheet/Grade-sheet, registration card/Migration of Dibrugarh University in JPG Format). 5. Any of the following facilities for online payment of application fee. • Net Banking • Debit Card (VISA, Master, Maestro, RuPay) • Credit card Please ensure that you have sufficient balance in your bank account to pay the application fee online .
Sign Up process
1. Click the "Enter" button at the top right of this page. Go to the portal's registration page.
2. Click the "Sign Up with Google" button.
3. If you do not have a Gmail account, follow the prompts to create one.
4. Once you have logged in with your Google account, you will be asked to authenticate your mobile number.
5. Enter your mobile number and click the "Send OTP" button.
6. Check your mobile phone for a text message with the OTP (One Time Password).
7. Enter the OTP in the portal and click the "Verify" button.
8. Select your gender from the provided options.
9. Review and accept the terms and conditions.
10. Click the "Apply" button to start the application Submission process.
Once you have successfully registered, you will be eligible to apply for convocation. Remember to use your own mobile number and email for communication purposes.
Application Submission Process
1. Log in to the convocation portal using your account credentials.
2. Click on the "Application Form" section.
3. Select the degree you are applying for.
4. Enter your registration number.
5. Review the information that is auto-populated to ensure it is accurate. Click the "Continue" button to proceed to the next step of the application process. Please note that once confirmed you will not be able to change these information.
6. Now you will be in the Primary Information section, where you can select your name in Assamese from the system suggestions, or type it manually using the virtual keyboard provided. If a wrong selection occurs, you can reset the suggestion. If you don't know how to write your name in Assamese, you can select the checkbox that says "I don't know how to write my name in Assamese. Therefore, I authorize the Certificate Branch, DU to convert my name to Assamese on my behalf. I will have No Objection on the spelling of my name in Assamese converted by the Certificate Branch, DU." A YouTube tutorial is available for assistance, with a link that says "Need help in typing Assamese? Click here".Press the "Next" button, then enter your basic information and press "Next" again.
7. Now you will be required to upload the requested documents, including a photo and signature. All documents must be in JPG/JPEG format and be clearly visible.
8. Now you will proceed to Review and Confirmation section, recheck all the information provided by you to ensure it's correct.Agree on all the undertaking mentioned in the form.Please Remember that after clicking on "Proceed to Pay" button, the application process is considered final and no further modifications or alterations will be allowed. This is why it is important to review your application form carefully before proceeding to pay. Double check that all information entered is accurate and all required documents have been uploaded.
Review the form in final section and Check the information, documents, photograph and signature whether they are correctly entered and displayed. If anything needs to be edited, you can do so by going back to the relevant stage either through the "Previous" button or by clicking the corresponding button for that stage. However, please keep in mind that the basic information that you have already confirmed in the initial stage cannot be edited.
9. Click "Proceed to Pay". Select any one of the payment options available i.e Netbanking, Debit card (Visa, Master, Mastero, RuPay), credit card etc. The ATM-cum-Debit card option is for older versions of ATM cards which is now supported only by limited number of banks.
10. After successful submission an Acknowledgment Slip with a unique transaction id will be generated. Download the Acknowledgment Slip for future reference. You may also download(or print) the submitted Application Form from the Dashboard.
Please remember your application form is considered to be finally submitted only when the application fee is successfully paid and Application Form, Acknowledgment Slip is generated with "SUCCESS" Status. After final submission, any information in the form cannot be modified. However you can download or printout the Application Form or Acknowledgment Slip for future reference.

4. Follow the instructions: Be sure to follow all instructions and complete the application in the way that is specified. This will help ensure that your application is processed smoothly and efficiently.
Important Note In case of any Payment Error, due to any network communication/connectivity problems, if your payment receipt does not get generated and the amount has been debited from your account, please contact our technical helpline no or send a mail to [email protected] within 6 hours from the time of transaction mentioning your name, mobile no, date and time of transaction and bank account no. from where transaction was done. It may take 2-3 working days to confirm the transaction by reconciliation with the bank and so the candidates are advised not to wait till the last date for applying. Please remember your application form is considered to be finally submitted only when the application fee is successfully paid and Application Form, Acknowledgment Slip is generated with "SUCCESS" Status. After final submission, any information in the form cannot be modified. However you can download or printout the Application Form or Acknowledgment Slip for future reference.
Refund and cancellation Policy Application Fee once paid will not be refunded. However, if more than one payment is made for the same degree from the same username, then extra amount may be refunded after verification if claimed through proper procedure. For claiming refund candidate needs to login to his/her account and submit the "Refund Claim" form after filling up all the details within 10 days from the date of such transaction. It will take a few days to process the refund and the amount will be credited to the bank account submitted in the refund claim form if eligible for refund. Cash refunds are not available. There is no provision for cancelling submitted application and as such no refund for cancellation request. Applicants are requested to note the transaction no for future reference and request for any type of refund will be at the sole discretion of the University.
Terms and Conditions • For online payments, it is important for candidates to note the transaction Id for future reference. • No transaction charges will be charged by Dibrugarh University from the students for online payment of fees by any of the modes mentioned above. • Mere submission of application and payment of application fee do not make the candidate eligible for Convocation or Certificate. Candidates are advised to carefully read the eligibility criteria in the Convocation notification before applying. • Though all efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of the content on this website, the same should not be construed as a statement of law or used for any legal purposes. In case of any ambiguity or doubts, users are advised to verify/check with the Certificate Branch.

*** The Applicants who have cleared their Final Semester Examination before 11/03/2022, are requested to apply for their Original Degree Certificate in Certificate Portal .
